News item says, "I took my 8-month-old grandson, Keir, out to Ramsey-Shockey for a hike on a sunny day in February. He's a charter member of the Babies Who Smile A Lot club."Behind the scenes. Yesterday, I was looking for something on our local newspaper website and saw the "News By You" section. On an impulse I uploaded the picture of Keir with description. Lo and behold, when I was looking through the paper this morning, I was delightfully surprised to see his face smiling at me!
